We're back this week with another Tome Entry! This time, it's everyone's favorite Toxic mushroom family! Don't forget to vote for which Spirit Line you want to see next in the comments below! The voting options will be at the end of this update!
Noki are nocturnal and only appear above ground once the sun sets. During the day their purple caps can be seen across the swampy floor of Dorma.

These fierce fighters are known to admire strength and honor. Shrunin can often be found in dueling matches with other Spirits to test their own battle prowess. When defeated in combat, they will seclude themselves deep within the swamp to undergo intensive strength and endurance training.

Spirit Line: Dracoon | Spirit Tome Entry

Greetings! If you read our last update, you'll know that I am now dropping weekly updates covering some of the lore of Spirit Duels. I'll post the Spirit Tome entries for an entire Spirit Line each week. In last week's update, you could vote between three lines, and whichever line had the most votes would be covered first. The Dracoon Line received the most votes! Without further ado, here are the three entries for that line:
Dracoon can be found drifting between the barren branches and cave entrances of the Mori forest. These lovable spirits are quite friendly and uplifting, often leading lost travelers back to the homeward path.

Bond: Friendship

These spirits have forsaken the trees of the forest and dwell deeper inside Mori’s caves and ruins. While they can be aggressive towards threats and enemies, Furatoo are known to be loyal and playful with those they consider allies.

Nature: Loyal
Role: Support / Damage
Bond: Friendship
Synergy: Flitfin, Flarakeet, Sliptile
Known by many as the shadow over Mori, Draculys rule the dark skies of the desolate region. Very few casters are brave enough to approach the castle ruins these fearsome spirits reside in. Not only because the ruins are known to be haunted, but because an encounter with a Draculys would certainly be a fatal one.

Production Update | Dice Photos are Here!

Greetings! I'm excited to be back today with an update. As you know, producing the dice was initially supposed to take 25 days. I was under the impression that this covered the mass production of all dice. Last night, I was finally updated by the factory that they had finished producing samples of the dice and that once I approve these samples, mass production will take 30 days. I know, this was extremely frustrating for me as well. However, the samples look great and have me excited to roll them across the table. I have expressed my frustration with the delay to the factory and have requested that they produce the rest of the dice in a timely manner.

While we wait for the dice to be produced, I'd like to start sending out weekly lore updates. Each Wednesday, I'll post an update containing the Spirit Tome Entries for a full Spirit Line, along with some art showcasing those Spirits. Which of these three Spirit Lines would you like to see first? Let me know in the comments below!

Quick Update on Dice!

Hey! I'm just stopping by today for a super quick update. Unfortunately, I don't really have anything to report on. The dice are still in production. They initially told me the dice would only take 25 days to produce. It has now almost been double that amount of time. I've recently pushed the factory a bit about speeding things up and reminded them of the original turnaround time they gave me.
Last night, my rep told me this: "The factory has recently received a large number of orders, which has resulted in a slow progress in the sampling. Currently, it is already halfway through, and it is expected that the samples will be ready next week."
So, hopefully, we're at the tail end of it. According to this statement, I should have pictures to show off to you sometime next week.
Again, this was just a quick update. I hope I'll be able to report on more exciting things soon.

Good News on Dice & Photo Dump | Production Update

If you read last week's update, you know we've encountered an issue with the dice during production. Well, this week I am excited to tell you we've found a solution!
The factory has agreed to cover a large portion of the cost to correct the dice! So, we will be moving forward with reproducing the dice so that they will have the promised pearlescent effect as well as embossed and paint-filled symbols! Hoo-ray!
Reproducing the dice is going to take about 25 days. Since some of the other components are still in production, I don't think this is going to push us back by a significant amount of time. Maybe a couple of weeks at most (hopefully).
